Palm images
Palm photos are sent securely to our AI provider to write the reading from visible lines and features. A private copy is stored for 30 days so the emailed reading link and downloadable report can include the original palm; it is then automatically deleted. The image is not public and is not used for biometric identification.
Background masking
The existing service describes background masking intended to exclude identifying details beyond the palm, including faces, surroundings and unrelated objects, from analysis.
No biometric identification
Palm Destiny does not use palm photos for biometric identification, authentication or tracking. It interprets visible lines, shapes and patterns only for an entertainment-style palm reading.
Other information
When the live service is connected, information may include anonymous usage data, browser type, IP address and device information.
How information is used
Information may be used to generate and deliver readings, improve the experience, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.
Retention
Palm photos are retained privately for 30 days and then deleted. Written reading results remain available through the private reading link until deletion is requested, and anonymous service metrics may be retained for improvement.
Sharing
Palm Destiny states it does not sell personal data. Information may be shared with service providers that support AI analysis, email or hosting; when legally required; or as part of a business transfer.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, deletion, correction, portability or restriction of your personal information, and opt out of marketing. Contact details must be confirmed by the owner before launch.
Cookies and device data
Essential cookies may support session management and reading access. Analytics and device information may be used to understand performance and improve the service. Browser settings can limit cookies, though some features may then be unavailable.
AI-generated content
Written interpretations are generated from visible features in the uploaded palm photo. They are subjective and may vary, and should be treated as prompts for reflection rather than facts.
Security and international processing
Reasonable safeguards may include secure services, encryption and access controls, but no online transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure. Information may be processed in countries outside your own where service providers operate.
Age guidance
Palm Destiny is intended for adults. People under 18 should only use the service with explicit permission from a parent or guardian. The service is not intended to knowingly collect information from children.
